Context
Multiple delivery parties can produce schedules that are individually useful but difficult to govern together. This rollout addressed the need for a more consistent enterprise scheduling approach across EPC teams.

- Standardised scheduling practices and the information needed for cross-team review.
- Supported a common control environment for multiple EPC schedules.
Reported outcome
The existing public summary records that scheduling was streamlined across more than five EPCs and that the work received a Primavera Excellence Award. Detailed project records remain confidential.
